Random
In Alphomism, every happening in the universe has a cause. The cause can be either physical or mental or a combination of the two.
The word ‘random’ has its legitimate uses to describe circumstances where we cannot, or choose not to, investigate the underlying forces. Science could, eventually, measure all the forces operating on a roulette wheel and predict precisely where the ball will come to rest. But this would spoil the game.
As with so much else, the concept of randomness is fine just as long as it is not seen in an absolute fashion.
