The road to Alphoma will involve ever-increasing cooperation. We need, therefore, to strengthen the international bodies which can regulate relationships between nation states and devise rules and systems for ensuring that the Earth flourishes. Earth’s contribution to the exploration of the universe should also be internationally regulated and financed. When, as we almost certainly will, we make contact with beings from other planets, we will need a unified approach to the establishment of relationships. BACK
